I’ll soon be shutting down my old blog, at which I had stopped doing the sorts of writing it was originally intended for and which I’d switched to using basically just as a public resolution tracker to keep myself accountable. This year (2025), in January, I resolved three things: to get down to a healthy BMI (achieved, in February, though only for a day; I’m hanging out five pounds shy of that goal currently as I write this, but I hope to get back down to there before too long), to build up a consistent calisthenics or resistance exercise habit (accomplished, in March, and sustained to now without interruption), and to join a BJJ gym and start training consistently (achieved in June and sustained to now without interruption). I give monthly updates about these goals.
